Wharfedale Cardiac Club The Heart of Cardiac Fitness since 1991 If you have had a cardiac event or treatment for a cardiac issue for example aheart attack a bypass operationan angiogram etc. rehabilitationexercise is soimportant to help prevent recurrence of theproblem. Since we started in 1991 we have helped many hundreds of peopleby providingfriendly and enjoyable exerciseclasses led by professionalinstructors for cardiac rehabilitationand prevention. We alsohost the meetings of the Otley and North Leeds Cardiac Support Group where participants can share cardiac experiences and hear expert speakers on cardiac issues.
