Teesside Astronomical Science Centre About Us Teesside Astronomical Science Centre TASC is the notforprofit management body operating the facilities of Wynyard Planetarium and Observatory which are popular and invaluable education and entertainment resources in the Tees Valley. With the help of local astronomical societies CaDAS DAS we offer a range of astronomy related events activities and services aimed at supporting National Curriculum science as well as informing educating and entertaining schools colleges community groups and the general public in all aspects of space science. Teesside Astronomical Science Centre TASC is a registered Charity in England and Wales with Number 1156793. Social Mission TASC aims to provide a facility unique to the Tees Valley for everybody interested in astronomy physics and technology as well as seeking to promote the interest of future STEM professionals.
