Taibach Community Library A volunteer run community library based in Taibach Port Talbot Welcome Hello and welcome to our website. We are a volunteer run community library based in Taibach Port Talbot. Taibach Librarys roots go back over 100 years to 1913 when Margam Urban District Council received a grant of 2500 from the Carnegie Trust for a free circulating library in Taibach. The foundation stone was laid in 1914 and the library opened its doors to the public in 1916.
