Hertfordshire Community Nurses CharityAssisting working or retired Community Nurses and providing funds for projects in the county Helping Nurses in the Community Projects Housing Patient Care Hertfordshire Community Nurses Charity Hertfordshire Community Nurses Charity HCNC has a wide remit which allows funds to be used to support current or retired Community Nurses in Hertfordshire for educational purposes for enhancing patient care or to help those in financial difficulty following illness disability or other life crisis. HCNC helps Community Nurses by offering grants towards their training. For example it has often helped to fund individuals on courses run by The University of Hertfordshire.
