The BFO is a group of enthusiastic, amateur players keen to play classical and orchestral music. WE ARE AN ENTHUSIASTIC AMATEUR ORCHESTRA BASED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF BURY ST EDMUNDS, SUFFOLK. WE PUT ON THREE PUBLIC CONCERTS A YEAR AND WE ENCOURAGE CONCERT GOERS BY ENSURING OUR CONCERTS ARE AS ACCESSIBLE AS POSSIBLE.

Who is Bury Friendly Orchestra. We are a community orchestra in the Bury St Edmunds area of Suffolk in England. We would like new players to join us especially viola trombone and double bassThere is a waiting list for some other instruments. Our minimum playing standard is around Grade 5.
