The charity is a Spiritualist Church. The objects of the Church are to advance the religion and religious philosophy of Spiritualism on the basis of the 7 Principles of our religion. The Church holds 1 weekly service. The services provide healing, philosophy and demonstrations of mediumship. All services are open to the general public.

Welcome toNorth Shields SNU Church Web Site Our Church building on Stanley Street West is now closed and we have acquired a new building on Howard Street North Shields. This building will need refurbishment so in the meantime we will continue to hold Sunday Divine Services and Open Circles at 6. 30pm at Balkwell Community Welfare Centre top of Heaton Terrace North Shields NE29 7LY until further notice. We are raising funds for alterations to the new building and on the last Sunday of every month we are holding an Evening of Mediumship with a charge on the day of 3.
