Collingham and District Local History Society (CDLHS) | Promoting and Preserving your Rich Heritage
CDLHS presents 5 lectures a year on aspect of local and regional history to all members. In addition we host an annual summer excursion to places of local historic interest.CDLHS manages the village historic archives which are housed in the Jubilee Room in Collingham and open to the public for three hours each Friday morning from May to October.

Our Next event is Quite a coup for you . a talk addition to our published programme on Wednesday 7th May. This will be Tom Keyworth from York Archaeology to show us the results of professional excavations that have taken place which reveal more about what they have termed the enigmatic mysterious 8th Century Bridge near to Cromwell Lock.
