Hidden poverty is concentrated in certain inner London boroughs such as Newham Tower Hamlets Brent or Southwark. However even in more affluent boroughs poverty can be found lurking in the shadow. Despite the fact that many Muslim Londoners rely on foodbanks to get by poverty is not easily acknowledged within our culture due to stigma and fear of being judged.
