The mission of KAYF is to empower young Korean Americans to become socially responsible leaders who make a positive impact in their community. Founded in 1993, the Korean American Youth Foundation's purpose is to empower underserved youths of immigrant families to find their voices and make positive impacts in their local communities. Great leaders have a deep sense of purpose, open-mindedness, and empathy for others. Through the “We Are Future Leaders" (WAFL) flagship program, we strive to cultivate daring leaders who dream big, build passion for their visions, and know what it takes to make a lasting impact for others.
