The Charity has- a hospital car service- an adult carers group- a young carers group - A ex carers group for people alone.- Buckingham AED Project.-Men in Sheds Buckingham.

Together we care Community Care North Bucks CCNB is a local registered charity. Our objectives include promoting any charitable purpose for the benefit of the residents of North Bucks that meets the needs of the most vulnerable people. We Support Young Carers Youth Club We provide a network for fun support advice development for Young Carers aged 619 years. Hospital Car Service Via a GP referral we provide a car service to take patients to and from hospital appointments.
