one people one heart Who we are Fraternity Without Borders is a UK registered charity caring for one of the poorest regions of the world Mozambique. Our main target is to assist orphaned andor vulnerable children many with HIV. Since 2009 we have been providing clear water food education cultural activities and basic healthcare to more than 12000 vulnerable children and vulnerable elderly people in our 30 community centres Why Mozambique. 54 of the population lives below the national poverty line more than 70 of poor households live in rural areas 63 of rural children live in absolute poverty it is estimated that over 2 million orphans live in Mozambique and up to a quarter of the total is due to HIVAIDS.
