Beam The balance beam is an event which stimulatesbalance awareness among female gymnasts. The beam itself is about 125cmhigh 5m long and 10cm wide. Routines include tumbling turns upsidedown feats and a leap series. PommelHorse An upright frame with 2 handles which enables amale gymnast to combine strength power and dexterity in a sequence ofcomplex moves whilst traversing the entire length of the apparatus.
