The Yardarm Folk Orchestra, based in Essex can play at your event! A full concert? A social club? A barn dance or Ceilidh? We play mainly, but not exclusively, in Essex, Suffolk, Kent, Sussex, Hertfordshire and in London. Contact us and enquire. Promoting and conserving traditional folk music in the community, providing a friendly environment for its members to enhance their musical skills and giving performances mainly but not exclusively in the Essex area.

An Orchestra ForCommunity Folk We are the Yardarm Folk Orchestra were unique. Community folk orchestras are rare but we are a registered charity with over 60 active members of all ages and abilities. We perform for voluntary donations at community events across Essex Sussex Kent and London and are expanding the group seeking new members to join us. We PlayTraditional Tunes with a Twist.
