Gambia School Support - investing in education in The Gambia
Working with the Ministry of Basic & Secondary Education and local communities, we are helping to improve the quality and quantity of Early Child Development education provision in The Gambia. We assist schools provided they meet agreed standards. Our projects are overseen by an implementing partner staffed by experienced locals. All teachers attend our training program to enhance their skills.

Gambia School Support UK Registered Charity 1176136 Gambia Schools Supports GSS purpose is to make a substantial contribution tothe United Nations Sustainable Development Goal SDG 4. 2s aim which is thatall children have access to quality early childhood education and care by 2030. GSS currently assists 13 community nursery schools with 1768 pupils age 27 50 qualified teachers and 20 trainees rapid growth from 2 schools in Jan 2021. GSS does not own the schools our approach is to help them become selfreliant centres of excellence.
