http://feelgoodcafe.org The charity offers taster sessions of relaxing professional massage, live music, compassionate listening services and engaging wellbeing and mindfulness sessions; online and in everyday spaces like cafes. The inclusive, social spaces help overcome isolation and improve emotional wellbeing beyond the sessions, helping people to experience a sense of belonging and hope.
