We empower disadvantaged and under-represented young people to fulfil their artistic potential. We do this through writing and performance workshops.

Upcoming Events Weekly Workshops We offer free weekly writing and performance workshops in Greater Manchester for young people aged 1325 led by skilled facilitators and accomplished poets. Register as a Young Identity member to access specialist workshops development opportunities and more. Manchesters Favourite Poetry Slam Performance Poets have three minutes each to impress industry judges with to win a cash prize. One Mic Stand brings together the citys music and spoken word scene in one big night of captivating competitive performances.
