K9 Memorial UK In memory of our brave police dogs About K9 Memorial About K9 Memorial The National Police Dog Memorial is part of a wider campaign to ensure police dogs receive greater respect and protection which is reflected in other countries around the globe. This memorial is a UK first and some would say long over due especially when looking to our US friends and European neighbours where monuments of this importance have been around for a long time. Victoria Stilwell comments on the importance of Police Dogs and our project. Police PDs are not just dogs they are a vital part of a crimefighting team whose work should be celebrated alongside their human handlers.
