Life Straw... It's Life

Rotary Clubs Water Projects, raises funds for Lifestraw water filters and other water projects. We work with Vestergaard, a non profit Company, that manufactures and distributes Lifestraws to individuals, families and communities in areas of poor water quality and areas affected by disasters. We also work with other charities to support the provision of improved sanitation in developing countries.

Rotary Clubs Water Projects Limited Water Projects Charity 1180493 The gift of making a change in this world is not given to people like us we are too small too insignificant in the scheme of world events BUT if as a result of our actions we save but ONE LIFE we have changed this world albeit in a very small way but we have changed it forever and who can foretell the result of the saving of that one life. David Dutson In 2005 a member of the Rotary Clubs Water Projects Limited spotted a small article in a magazine which advertised a water filter called LifeStraw. The article intrigued him and he contacted the Danish manufacturer. The details contained in their reply encouraged him to show them to his Rotary Club who decided to promote the LifeStraw and do what they could to donate them to those in need of safe water.
