Nations Together Nations Together Aids social inclusion respect and acceptance of adults with learning difficulties Charity number 1183933 nationstogetherukgmail. com What we do We support a community of people living in the Hai district of Tanzania East Africa employing local staff to run the Activity Center supporting and empowering people with learning disabilities through personcentred planning to feel fulfilled and become safely integrated into the communities they live. We aim to encourage social inclusion respect and acceptance through raising the awareness and understanding of inclusion in the community. The activities may include music art crafts numeracy literacy vocational skills and social outings with the community.
