your voice matters ITS TIME FOR EVERY VOICE TO BE HEARD your voice matters ITS TIME FOR EVERY VOICE TO BE HEARD What is speaking out forum Speaking Out Forum is a small charity whose vision is a society where young adults with disabilities learning difficulties and those from disadvantaged backgrounds have an equal voice in society to speak and to be heard. Our aim is to empower our programme participants to speak in public by developing their communication skills whilst simultaneously enriching their daily and working lives enabling them to make a contribution to society and to advocate for themselves and their peers. To achieve this we provide a public speaking programme which builds selfconfidence and wellbeing. The programme is designed and led by professionals passionate about what they do from backgrounds across the education and charity sectors and with skills and experience gained from working in supportive learning environments.
