Community Playlink Toy Libraries Registered Charity 1184505 Welcome to Community Playlink. Community Playlink is a registered charity operating FREE Toy Libraries for families with children 0 14 years. We also support Toddler Groups and Early Years Settings in the Southampton and the surrounding areas. We now also run weekly PLAYTIME sessions for Families with children under 5 years of age.
