The Arts Society Harpenden Evening originally Hedfas was formed in 1990 and is a thriving society for those living in and around Harpenden in Hertfordshire. It is a member of The Arts Society which is one of the UKs leading voluntary arts education bodies. We promote knowledge for education appreciation and study of the decorative and fine arts through lectures special interest days visits and tours. By joining The Arts Society you will have the opportunity to attend regular evening lectures by experts in their subjectsenjoy stimulating special interest days tours and visits to museums exhibitions and private houses meet new friends with similar artistic interests and take part in a range of volunteer activities.
