The purposes of the Church are:(a) the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Doctrinal Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Reading, Caversham and Sonning Common, and the surrounding neighbourhood; and(b) such other charitable purposes as shall, further the work of the Church and put into practice the teaching of the Bible

You may have known us in the past as Caversham Evangelical Church as we changed our name to Chiltern Evangelical Church in 2021. Meeting on the north side of Reading we have services each Sunday.
