Diversifying the Music Curriculum The Global Music Academy is a dynamic charity aimed at diversifying music education in the UK. Through engaging handson workshops we bring music educators from around the world to UK schools and educational settings. We work closely with musicians ethnomusicologists and educators to produce teaching resources to supplement existing curriculums and support schools and communities to access music from beyond the western canon. Travel the world through music Our facilitators incorporate culture history and geography into their workshops ensuring a broader understanding about the place and context of music.
