DONATE WESTON WOODS Working Party in Weston Woods Rhododendron Removal Weekend A huge thank you to all the volunteers who worked so hard over the weekend 1516 February to help remove some of the invasive Rhododendrons which while beautiful are poisoning the ground and outcompeting other native species which our wildlife relies on. I estimate we tackled about half the plants which is a fantastic result and also leaves some cover for wildlife while we plant more suitable options. We were helped enormously by a charity calledProtect Earth who have expertise in this work and provided expertise tools and enthusiasm.
