We support individuals facing challenges like chronic illnesses, mental health issues, loneliness, and isolation etc. We host weekly coffee mornings and craft groups aimed to teach new skills, boost confidence, and reduce anxiety Overall, We strive to build a supportive & inclusive community where individuals can learn new skills, enhance self-esteem, and alleviate feelings of isolation.

Wellbeing Plus Welcome to Wellbeing Plus We are a registered charity which was set up by a number of volunteers who suffer from long term health conditions of varying degrees. Our aim is to offer practical help and support to people within the North East who are struggling with any of the following long term health conditions Mental health problems Food insecurity Financial Difficulties Loneliness Isolation Depression etc Wellbeing Plus host a coffee morning every Tuesday morning from 10am until 12pm. The coffee morning is open to everyone. We offer a warm and welcoming environment and provide tea coffee and snacks which is all free of charge.
