Breastfeeding | Lowestoft & Waveney Breastfeeding Support | Lowestoft
LWBS provide families in Norfolk and Suffolk with trained support to reach their breastfeeding goals via volunteer-run breastfeeding cafes, IBCLC home visits and breastpump hire. Support with Perinatal Mental Health and baby wearing is also available. We provide education and training to volunteers, families and HCPs. We work to build links with the NHS and other third-sector organisations.

For the first few months we ran our Dinky Town Cafe and our Facebook group and page but we were soon forced to change how we run when the COVID 19 pandemic hit the UK. During the first 6 months of the pandemic we supported families online and we returned facetoface in October 2020 with our breastfeeding support clinic.
