Mondays 10am 1pm Meeting times Great Hadham Country Club Great Hadham Road Much Hadham Herts SG10 6JE Location 07510 178200 Contact Our Support This is the support we provide Physical support Includes massage reiki reflexology Indian head massage and beauty treatments Free to members Social support Come along and have a chat and a tea or coffee and talk to others Free to all Community We are integrated into the local community Free to all Psychological support We provide mental support through counselling Free to members Therapies We offer a number of physical support therapies to our members Massage Massage involves actions like percussion kneading vibration tapping and rolling Including Indian head massage. Reflexology Reflexology is a focussed pressure technique usually directed at the feet or hands. Reiki Reiki is a gentle nurturing and powerful system of natural handson healing.
