Institute of Our Lady of Mercy – The Institute of Our Lady of Mercy Great Britain is a diverse group of Roman Catholic Women vowed to serve people in need, with a special concern for women and children.
We are Sisters of Mercy from the Institute in Britain. Our vision is of a world reflective of God’s love. The Charity's activities are carried on by individual Sisters acting within parish communities and the wider community. It runs and supports Catholic schools and care homes. The Trustees care for their own Sisters who are retiring from active work. The Charity also makes grants to beneficiaries and assists other charities with similar objects.

Welcome to the website of the Institute of Our Lady of Mercy At the end of the recent Synod Pope Francis reminded us To put God first and adore him love Him and serve others. He also spoke of the Church being called to Dream. A Church that is the servant of all the servant of the least of our brothers and sisters a Church that welcomes serves loves forgives. A Church with open doors that is a haven of Mercy.
