Our aim is to help support visually impaired people of all ages and backgrounds who live in the Hyndburn and Rossendale areas of Lancashire (UK) We are a local charity working to enable blind and visually impaired people across East Lancashire to lead full and independent lives at home, at work, at school and at leisure.
