Our Mission We are on a mission to create large scale social change by investing deeply in the individuals who will create it. We believe that transforming society can only happen when people transform themselves first. On our unique two year fellowship programme we give leaders the many tools they need emotionally psychologically and practically to make change happen because we do not underestimate what it takes to create systemic social transformation and where it begins.
