The centre not only saves lives and provides support throughout a hugely traumatic experience both emotionally and psychologically but the work also influences health equity in the community and helps to create more opportunity for people to participate in society enjoy employment and pursue education. The Craniofacial Centre was the brainchild of Prof. Dr Sunil Sah who is a consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Pinderfields Hospital in Yorkshire.
