Our Story At the Empower Foundation we believe that everyone deserves the knowledge and skills to save a life regardless of their circumstances. Our mission is to provide Basic Life Support BLS First Aid and Mental Health training to individuals who are homeless at risk of homelessness or rough sleepers. By advancing health through the prevention of sickness disease and human suffering we aim to promote both physical and mental wellbeing among the most vulnerable in our society. Our Mission LifeSaving Skills We offer comprehensive BLS First Aid training to equip individuals with the ability to perform lifesaving actions during medical emergencies.
