Brecknock Society Museum Friends Promoting the study and understanding of the archaeology history geology natural history arts and literature within the historic county of Brecknock. We arrange lectures meetings exhibitions and other events that promote the history and culture of Brecknock to which all are welcome. We also support the Brecknock Museum Art Gallery by purchasing historical artefacts raising funds for the Museum and working on its behalf. The most regular publication of the Society is its journal Brycheiniog which is published annually in March.
