ManClub
A peer-led mental health support group for men. An open, informal, non-judgemental environment for men to open up, and fight the stigma on men talking openly. Providing a safe space for men, over the age of 18, to discuss their mental health in a relaxed environment and to change public perception on men's mental health. The service can also signpost to other organisations, providing a key resource for people in need. Our goal is to expand further to reach as many people as possible and promote a positive view on men talking openly.

Together We Can Change The Conversation Join ManClub in our efforts to stop the stigma on mens mental health Our Story Our Founding For most of his life one of our founders Joe has struggled with mental health and being able to access the support needed. This has been a struggle many have felt whether its someone who needs the support or loved ones surrounding them seeing their family member or friend struggle in silence. Then in June 2024 we lost our friend Craig Riley pictured to suicide. This had a profound effect on many people in the area.
