Globalisation has significantly increased the presence of international students in the UK however after graduating very few of international students are able to secure a legal role in the UK. To reduce the vast unemployment faced by international students and refugees International Aspiring Leaders provides free mentoring workshops and coaching for its members. The inclusion of candidates with international backgrounds provides agreat opportunity for companies to showcase their international reputation to clients.
