We help people keep healthy and mobile with a gentle approach to exercise in water and a listening ear. Help is based on individuals needs including exercise in the water,Swimming and water confidence.

Welcome to Swim Inspiration No swimming next week as it is half term. See you back on 28th Feb Please note there was an error on the calendar page. The last session this term is 11th April not 28th March Swim Inspiration is a Malvern based swimming group which provides a gentle approach to exercise in water.
