It has since grown into a nonprofit organization with several inclusive programs and services for children teens and adults with developmental disabilities and their families living in and around the West Kootenay specifically Grand Forks Castlegar Nelson Creston and Communities in between. Our Mission The services KSCL provides will promote advocate and create opportunities for individuals and families to be included in their community.
