Welcome The Alberta Insight Meditation Centre AIM centre strives to enhance unity harmony and peace in society based on the original teachings of the Buddha. It inculcates positive moral values among people and assists them to live a successful and meaningful life. The AIM centre offers different types of spiritual programs including mindfulness and meditation retreats discussions workshops cultural events family programs individual counseling individual meditation guidance and Buddhism classes. These programs are offered free of charge to everyone in the society irrespective of one39s ethnicity gender and social class and age.
