Accueil La Societe historique de Quebec est un organisme sans but lucratif. Elle a ete fondee en 1937 pour faire connatre la richesse patrimoniale de la ville de Quebec et pour collaborer a sa mise en valeur. Elle organise des activites publiques elle publie des ouvrages historiques et un calendrier et elle maintient un centre de documentation sur lhistoire de la capitale. La ville de Quebec a ete fondee le 3 juillet 1608 par lexplorateur franais Samuel de Champlain.
