Crisis Centre North Bay Centre de crise de North Bay Primary Menu Crisis Centre North Bay Four Elms Emergency Shelter Crisis Centre North Bays Four Elms Emergency Shelter accepts men women and children into the homeless shelter on Cassells Street. Once at the door clients immediate needs are addressed. A meal is offered as is a shower and a clean bed. Once clients are settled in our resource staff assists in resolving the crisis that brought them to the shelter.
