Watch Dancing with the Stars for Hospice Livestream Winter Music Therapy Sessions Together We Care Golf Tournament June 20 2025 Year End Update 20232024 Making a difference when it matters most The Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County and Nova Scotia Health Authoritys Palliative Care Service have worked together for over 35 years to provide an integrated Circle of Caring approach to hospice palliative care across our communities. 1000 Patients receiving referrals to the Hospice Palliative Care Service annually. 200 Patients receiving support from hospice palliative care programs and services at any given time. 510000 Annual Society expenditures on funding support provided to individuals and families needed to ease the endoflife journey as well as HospiceAn Cala upkeep and improvements.
