STS is to assist residents of Berlin Meriden New Britain Plainville Southington and Wallingford ages 50 and over to live independently in their own homes. STS volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to provide curb to curb safe reliable and economical medical transportation to out of town appointments pharmacy and care facilities to visit loved ones. This allows our clients to age in place without being homebound.
