Canadian Aid for Chernobyl Providing Hope to a Nation a Village a Child. The Passing of Denise Shaw It is with great sadness that we share of the passing of Denise Shaw. Denise was not only a long time supporter of Canadian Aid for Chernobyl but also the matriarch of a family that has been dedicated to this organization since its inception. Dave and the late Susan Shaw were both founding members and Dave continues to serve as the Director of Humanitarian Aid and Orphan Initiatives.
