In 1972, a new church was constructed and blessed by Bishop Neil Savaryn on October 22 of that year. The sanctuary's icons were painted in 1981 by Borys Makarenko, and the original iconostasis was created by Mykola Pelech with icons painted by Volodymyr Savchak. In 2002, a new iconostasis was installed, with icons painted by Fr. Damian Higgins from the Eparchy of Chicago.

Throughout its history, the parish has been actively supported by organizations such as the Ukrainian Catholic Women’s League (UCWLC), the Ukrainian Catholic Brotherhood (BUCC), and the Ukrainian Catholic Youth (UCYC). The church hall also historically housed a daycare center, which helped in managing mortgage payments.

The parish offers a variety of liturgical services conducted in both English and Ukrainian. During the Great Fast, services include:

• Sunday Divine Liturgies at 9:00 AM (English) and 11:30 AM (Ukrainian)

• Presanctified Liturgies on Fridays
• Lenten Sixth Hour and Typica services on Thursdays and Fridays
• Great Vespers on Saturdays
• Regular confessions offered on Sundays and Saturdays, as well as by arrangement

The parish also facilitates sacraments such as Baptism, Chrismation, Marriage, and Anointing of the Sick, with pastoral appointments available for preparation and administration of these rites.
