Community Energy Association The trusted independent advisor to local governments on climate and energy The Community Energy Association accelerates bold action by local governments and Indigenous communities related to climate and energy. CEA is a memberbased nonprofit organization working since 1995 at the community level to reduce emissions conserve energy and progressively transition to a low carbon resilient economy. As a nonprofit consultant all proceeds from our work go back into advancing solutions for community climate action. Get to know CEA We have been collaborative quiet advocates and trusted independent advisors since our founding in 1995 and now with over 27 years of operation and a deep commitment to strong relationships we provide institutional memory to inform pragmatic solutions.
