Astley Family Foundation The Astley Family Foundation supports projects and programs which encourage personal development of vulnerable youth in Waterloo Region and which help them realize their fullpotential. organizations that receive grants yearly youth supported every year invested in the community yearly who we are Bob and Judy Astley along with their children Derek Astley and Jennifer AstleyKinsey founded the Astley Family Foundation in 2005. All four of the founding members were interested in helping youth realize their potential. They also learned that there were relatively few funders for worthy programs serving youth.
