North Centennial Seniors Association of Winnipeg The North Centennial Seniors Association of Winnipeg NCSA is a registered nonprofit organization which provides a social fun fitness and healthy environment for our members. The NCSA is located within Sergeant Tommy Prince Place formerly the North Centennial Pool and Recreation Facility 86 Sinclair Street Winnipeg at the corner of Dufferin Sinclair. Member activities include chair and mat exercises aqua fitness in the pool painting classes library presentations on healthrelated topics travelogues etc. We also have hot dog days potlucks lunches and bingo to meet and socialize.
