To address these issues, in 1991, the Foundation helped to create four fully funded preschools located at King George, Pleasant Hill, Princess Alexandra, and Westmount Community Schools. These preschools received funding from a diverse range of supporters, including the provincial government, service clubs, professional associations, churches, and private individuals.
