NeighbourLinkSummerland We are neighbours helping neighbours. NeighbourLink Summerland recently celebrated our 20th anniversary. We can hardly believe that its already been 20 years since NeighbourLink first began in Summerland. Weve come a long way since our inception but weve always stayed true to our mandate of serving the residents of Summerland.
